The price includes:
- 2 days/ 1 night accomodation, including buffet breakfast
- Free accomodation for children under 6 years (Please indicate beforehand if your child is coming with you as well)

- Transfers to the Castle bath with the hotel’s electronic car are free for guests. (The car cannot be used when the weather is rainy)

- Guests who would like to go on a hike can use the hotel’s Nordic Walking equipment for free
- 10% discount for products sold in the hotel’s gift shop, in Annamánia
- VAT is included in the price
Additional information:
Rooms are available for guests from the day of arrival, 14:00 hours until 10:00 hours at the day of getaway. We would like to kindly ask our guests to indicate any other arrival time beforehand.
The hotel provides room for luggage and the carrying of luggage as well if needed.
Pay options and conditions
- Payment: bank transfer, cash, credit card, or Széchenyi Pihenőkártya
- Deposit: The hotel asks for 50% of the whole rate to be transferred beforehand, within 5 days, from the day of receiving the confirmation. In case the guest arrives within 3 days, payment should be made in the hotel. In case of booking a room with an arrival date of 2 months or more from the booking, deposit should be made no later than one month before arrival.
- In case of bank transfer, under “comments” please add your reference number, name, address, which are needed for the deposit receipt.
- In case you would like to pay deposit with “Széchenyi Pihenőkártya”, please send the data of the card, your address and the date of reservation for the hotel.
- Without prior notification or deposit or guarantee of a credit card, 48 hours before arrival the hotel will delete any reservations made , without any further warning from the hotel.
- Prices do not include the tourist tax, which must be paid from the age of 18, 450 HUF/person/night
Cancellation terms: Services reserved can only be cancelled 3 days before arrival date, in this case the guest does not have to pay anything for the cancellation.
Cancellation made 1 or 2 days before arrival means the guest has to pay 50% of the package, cancellation made within 1 day before arrival or in case the guest does not show up means the guest has to pay 100% of the package.
